Any time during regular business hours, Tuesday - Friday, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Or Saturday, from 10:AM - 4 PM.

| How much do I get for my items? |
You receive 40% of the basic consignment price for items that sell in the 8 week * contract period.
*Because experience shows that less than 2% of items sell after 8 weeks, and because our customers are happiest when we offer
them a constant flow of fresh new arrivals, we strive to accept only those items we believe will sell within this time frame.

| When do I get paid? |
We pay cash on demand for amounts up to $25 during regular business hours. For larger amounts please allow 48 hours so that we
may have a check printed and waiting for you.
Or, you may spend any money due you as store credit at any time.

| What happens to unsold items? |
Any items remaining unsold, that are not picked up by the end of the 8 week period, become the property of Changes Resale. They
may be held for our end of season $1 or BAG SALES, or at our discretion, items may be donated to a local charity or sold during other
special sales or promotions.

| Who sets the prices? |
The staff at Changes prices items based on supply and demand.
We continually track and monitor the market with state-of-the-art, industry specific, software, and adjust prices accordingly.
We strive to price items high enough to make it a profitable experience for our consignors while at the same time offering solid value to
our shoppers.

| Can unsold items be re-consigned ? |
No. We work hard to sell for you, but if the hundreds of people who come through our store during the 8 week period don't want it, we
see no point in trying again.
We prefer to commit our time, space, and supplies to selling your fresher, more desirable items.
